Examination:
Participant must take an open book Dual LSS exam and score 75% or above to receive both Green Belt and Black Belt certificates.
Participant can choose to schedule an online exam during the class or within 6 months.
Maximum of 3 times participants will be granted access to online exam portal
Participants will have 3 attempts to pass the exam every time the access is granted. (3 times * 3 attempts = 9 attempts in 6 months)
If a participant fails to pass in all the attempts, CP will refund the course fee**
